Ethan's ONE!

I can NOT believe my baby is one!!! It's so crazy how time flies! We went to his 12 month check up and he's about 58 percentile for height, and 42 percentile for weight (22 lbs.) He's such a BUSY-BODY!! He's EVERYWHERE!! He's starting to stand alone, but still scared to really do it on his own. But gets everywhere he wants by his speed-crawling. He's mastered "peek-a-boo", "where's Ethan?", "patty-cake", "So Big" and clapping and rocking to songs. He can say "ma-ma" and "da-da" and "la-la" (For the dog, Lola) and yesterday started saying "uh-uh-oh" and "talks a ton, I just don't know what he's saying! He gibbers all day long and laughs all the time too. He's starting to become a little tease even! We're working on animal sounds and signs which I think he's starting to caught on to. (I don't know very many...signs I mean...well and sounds....like what sound does the giraffe make?? And a zebra??) He eats really well and likes drinking his whole milk -(we LOVE that it's WAY cheaper!!) (MUMMM....I do need help though....the poor kid is having trouble with constipation....ANY IDEAS??) He's loved trying new foods and especially liked eating CAKE and FROSTING for his birthday parties. We recently finished our basement and a little room under our stairs for Ethan's. AND HE LOVES IT!! He hangs out in there all the time!! It's so funny! He'll watch movies and play with all his toys and peek through the little windows! It's such a happy boy and we LOVE HIM SO MUCH!!
