Update

Robin went to her first dr appt. on January 25 at 10 days old. She weighed 8 lbs 4 oz and was measured at 20 inches. The dr said he had no concerns - that she's very healthy!

So I have had some craziness I've been dealing with....Having a baby seems to have this effect on me....uncontrolled crying and the overwhemling feeling of having a new life to protect and take care of and the disappointment of having a body that just birthed a child and feeling guilty for letting your toddler watch too much tv.....and having a husband that has to be at work a lot of evenings...anyway....this all lead to a haircut....I've wanted to cut my hair for a long time into a girlie fohawk....well I asked Jay if I cut the front, if he'd help me and cut the back. I told him it wasn't hard and he still refused!! But the baby was sleeping and Jay was home, so I began to cut the front....Jay still refused to cut the back, so I was left with a mullet. Awesome right? Well luckily for me, I know lots of people who cut hair! So I called over a friend who was kind enough to come to my aid!! But now I'm missing having hair...it's pretty short, and I do like it, but I probably should have waited longer - for me to be less crazy.
